Orders ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday from Kelowna, BC, Canada. We offer tracked, expedited shipping across Canada. 

Canada Post quotes up to 7 business days delivery once items have been shipped.

 

We offer Free local pick up from our studio in Kelowna BC

Local pickup available Tuesday between 2 & 3, Thursday between 4 & 5 and Saturday between 3 & 4. Please contact to schedule a pick up. Drop in is not available.

 

USA
We offer tracked shipping to the USA.

Shipping takes 3-14 business days within the United States

PAYMENTS & ORDERS

What Payments Do You Accept?

-       We accept payment through Square Payment Processing, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, GooglePay, ApplePay and AMEX.


How can I cancel my order?

-       Should you need to cancel an order, we are happy to do that for you, so long as your order hasn't been shipped. However, if we have already shipped your order, the order cannot be cancelled. Products are packaged within 12 hours of receiving the order.

 



SHIPPING POLICIES

Where do you ship to?

-      We ship all over the world. However if ordering the ‘My Brand Lashes’ brand we suggest ordering from the head office in the USA to save on shipping fees and times. Visit www.mybrandlashes.com    


How long will my order take?

-      Order will be fulfilled within within 2 business days of payment. Once handed over to delivery service it is out of our control. All orders are shipped tracked so you can receive the delivery services updates. 


How Can I Track My Order?

-      You will receive a tracking email within 24 hours of shipment processing.  If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder as the email sometimes gets blocked by email filters. If it is not there please contact us.


Are there import fees?

-       International customers are responsible for any taxes, tariffs or customs fees incurred by an international purchase. These fees will be issued by the shipping company or customs department and are outside of Lash Fox Pro’s control.

 



RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How do I return my order?

-      All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on adhesives, removers or other chemical products. Customer is responsible to pay shipping fees and restocking fees on exchanges or refused packages that are not for damaged or faulty product. If in the rare case the wrong product is sent Lash Fox Pro will pay return shipping fees. 

What if my order is defective?

-       We cannot accept returns after product packaging has been opened, unless the product is deemed defective. If you suspect product is defective, contact us immediately. All product concerns must be submitted within 10 days of product arrival. Anything after 10 days will be assumed to be acceptable product to the buyer and no refunds or store credit will be issued.

What if my order is stolen or not delivered?
 - Once our tracking system shows that your package has been delivered we are not responsible for items stolen from the location of delivery or misplaced by the courier. It is up to the customer to reach out to the post office and sort out the parcel location.

 

By purchasing our products you agree to these terms upon checkout.

Buyer acknowledges and remains responsible that (I.) any technician using products purchased from Lash Fox Pro is a Licensed, Certified and Trained Eyelash Extension Technician, (II.)exposure of product chemicals to extreme temperatures and certain environmental factors and usage techniques may cause changes in the product(s), rendering them unsuitable for use and/or achieving optimum results, (III.) products sold by Lash Fox Pro must be used with extreme care in the manner to which they are intended by a trained technician to prevent accidental injury and (IV.) that any usage/application of Lash Fox Pro products in any manner be in complete compliance with any regulating or governing boards applicable with regards to safety of use, permission of use, sanitizing methods, storage and handling.

Liability
By purchasing products sold by Lash Fox Pro and thereby agreeing to these terms, conditions and policies, Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Lash Fox Pro, its directors, officers, owners, employees, independent contractors et al and in no event hold any of these liable for any claims, demands, liabilities, suits, attachments, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, settlements or expenses - including court costs and reasonable attorney fees incident thereto any direct, indirect, special, incidental or economic matter associated with the purchase and/or use of products, services and/or instruction. For all such claims and actions of any suggested actual or alleged negligence (whether active or passive, sole or concurrent, simple or gross, strict or statutory), Lash Fox Pros sole liability will be limited to the original purchase price of the product in question.

Expiration of Terms, Conditions and Policies
These terms, conditions and policies are in force and binding with regards to all purchases of products from Lash Fox Pro, past, present or future without expiration, except in the case that new policies or terms be set forth in a reasonable, accessible notice to the buyer. Lash Fox Pro reserves the sole discretionary right to review and update or change its terms and policies as they pertain to product sales, services rendered or instruction.
